Step 3 – apply

Create an account on our Admissions Portal, https://stmarkschool.fsenrollment.com, and submit a separate application for each child. Applicants entering Grades 1-8 must also submit school records. To request these, log into the portal, click on “Continue Admissions Process,” then select “Records Release Form” and follow the prompts. This request typically goes to the student’s current school office, so please include the name and email address of your child’s School Office Administrator to ensure timely processing.

Step 4 – shadow day / readiness screening (K-8)

Once the application and required forms have been submitted, they will be reviewed to determine next steps in the process. If appropriate, the student will be invited to participate in one of the following:

  • Kindergarten and Grade 1: Students will complete a Readiness Screening administered by the head teacher. A non-refundable $35 screening fee is required.
  • Grades 2-8: Students will attend a Shadow Day, spending the school day with their current grade levelattending classes, meeting teachers and peers, and visiting with the principal.

Step 5 – financial aid (k-8)

Families in need of tuition assistance may apply annually to the Bishop’s Scholarship Fund, which supports access to Catholic elementary education. The application opens February 1 and award notifications are sent in May. A non-refundable $35 application fee is required, along with necessary tax documents. For more information, visit: https://www.foundationsineducation.org/bishops-scholarship-fund/.

Step 6 – enroll

Once a student is accepted, families will be invited to complete enrollment by submitting a non-refundable registration fee ($150 for the first child and $50 for each additional child) and signing the online enrollment contract through the Admissions Portal.

Step 7 – welcome

We are excited to welcome you to the St. Mark Family! Over the summer, new K-8 families will be paired with a “buddy family” to help ease the transition and build connections with our school community. Additional welcome events include new parent orientations and Preschool and Kindergarten meet-and-greet socials.
