Hello! I am Emily Scinto, and I’m grateful to be part of the St. Mark School community as the Grade 4 Classroom Teacher and I teach ELA to our 5th Grade students. With a passion for teaching and a faith-filled heart, I’m excited to help our students grow in faith, knowledge, and service. I hold a Master’s Degree in Education from Quinnipiac University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Springfield College. This combination has given me both a strong foundation in instructional practices and a deep understanding of student development and well-being. Teaching has always been a part of my life; my mother was an educator for more than thirty years, and her example continues to inspire me every day. I am also a proud graduate of Saint Joseph High School in Trumbull, where I experienced firsthand the impact of a Christ-centered education. I’m eager to bring that same spirit into my classroom, nurturing the whole child and helping students grow in both faith and learning.
